  • Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will initiate the refund process.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 8 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed and shipped back to avoid any damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can also be requested within 2 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange the item for another product by paying the difference in price, if applicable.

  • The exchange process will be initiated only after we receive the original item and any balance payment (if required).

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your prepaid or COD order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone.

  • For prepaid orders, you will receive a full refund or a credit note for the same value (valid for 90 days).

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 2โ€“3% deduction as payment gateway charges.

  • Straina Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues like unavailability of material, incorrect listing, or fraud detection. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
